Please read this agreement [ENGLISH or SPANISH] before filling out your form.  If you are not a member at Redeemer, you will be required to read and sign a form when you come into the office prior to your event as well as provide a photo ID.  

If you would like to hold an event or activity at Redeemer, please fill out the form below.  You will receive an email confirming or denying your reservation within 3-5 days.  Please check the calendar prior to submitting your reservation to ensure the date is available.  Outside for-profit groups are charged a $100 fee for the first 5 hours and $150 for 6+ hours. For Weddings and Funerals, please contact the office for fees. We only do weddings for members. If individuals under 18 are present, you also need to fill out a background check here. All events are submit to approval by our leadership team. All ministry events will take first priority to outside events.

Redeemer equipment and furnishings must be cleaned and returned the way that they were found Return all furniture to its original locations / arrangements as indicated by posted pictures Pick up / sweep / mop after event. Take all trash bags to dumpster at the north end of the parking lot; replace trash can liners. Secure all exterior doors (including playground access door) and return key to the church office or to lock box (If this situation applies)
